We had a great stay at The House of Three Bears. It was the perfect size for the 6 of us and when we hosted a family reunion. A rustic cabin with lots of room, air conditioning units, two refrigerators, and more. The view from the bluff is amazing and all of the outdoor seating makes it easy to enjoy the scenery. Sheila and Dan and their adorable dog were such gracious and attentive hosts ready to help whenever we needed.

The place is spacious, clean, and has a gorgeous view of Green Lake. The fire pit area is perfect for hanging out under the moon light while appreciating the view. We loved the pet washing station too, great amenity. When guests stay at the property they check out how quiet the room is, how friendly the staff are and more. H3B is a comfortable rustic vacation home with 4 bedrooms and 2 full baths that is sure to accommodate everyone. The property is secluded in a wooded area with a beautiful elevated view of Big Green Lake's west end. It has a large front yard for yard games or just hanging out. The home was built as a rental vacation home in 1925. When the "House of Three Bears" camp was open it was used as a girl’s dormitory.

A second living area has comfy seating, another fireplace, a warm cabin rental feel, and a pool table for some fun. You can unwind on the screened-in deck as the sun goes down and then head to bed in one of the 4 comfortable bedrooms. In all, this 4-bedroom, 3-bathroom rental house has space for 9 guests with 1 king-size bed, 2 queen-size beds, and 3 twin-size beds.

The house was clean and the owner was easy to work with. We enjoyed the deer traveling through the neighborhood and sitting around the fire pit at night. I am a D.I.Y. 'er and I also take pride in cleanliness in our own home and prioritizing maintenance issues. I also realize there is no cleaning fee w/property and my wife, and I were not impressed w/the prior rentals cleaning jobs. Also, if your arms are five to six feet in length the toilet paper roll holder is perfect.

The BBQ grill rack was so built -up w/burnt food we opted to pass on it. I also wondered why there were no pics of the refrigerator until I seen it for myself but there one in the garage is in better shape and could be a replacement. We also ended up having to purchase bedding a week prior because I was not aware we needed to supply our own sheets. The fire pit was also covered w/pine branches which may have been from previous renter as well.

I was in a store next door and decided to go in to see if they had much for garden stuff and i was surprised! This is a small store but they fit a lot of different things in here! I was surprised to see how much neat decor items they carry. Though I got a little confused about where things were located the staff was quick to help me out. From what I could see they seem to have just about everything in here! I even found liquid gold and hertel in the cleaning aisle and i couldn't find these anywhere else...Impressed!

It was hard for me to find someone to help me at the time. They don't have enough staff for the amount of customers that frequent the store. They had a great selection of products and it was well organized. They took the time to figure out exactly what we needed, and ideas for our project. There prices were by far the lowest in the city, and the quality of lumber was great.
