We had an issue with the concrete driveway that ended up not being repairable, and Couto Homes agreed to replace the entire driveway. We had a wonderful experience with the entire build process. By far this was our best build experience. Clint did a great job with managing the trades and balancing our expectations. We had a problem with the main A/C unit and it leaked through the ceiling into the dining room a couple months after moving in. Josh with Couto was there in 45 min of the initial call. The same issue occurred and the same service occurred. Keep in mind we are out of the one year warranty.
Anything I questioned or had doubt about , my PM Clint made right and assured me it would be taken care of. I really can’t imagine going through this process with anyone else. I truly appreciate the genuine care and attention Clint gave us and I am beyond happy to finally have this beautiful home.
